AirBaltic is a Latvian airline offering flights to many European countries through their hub airport in Riga.

Cheap Flights with airBaltic

► Booking tickets
airBaltic tickets can be bought on the airline's web site, by calling airBaltic and through many travel websites and travel agents.
You may book and change tickets by calling airBaltic, but will then have to pay a booking fee of € 30.
In general, you'll get the best price by booking your airBaltic tickets on the airline's website.
► Finding low priced flights on airBaltic
Book your airBaltic tickets on the airline's web site to get the best fare.
Deals that are only available on the airBaltic website are marked with a red cherry-symbol.
For the lowest fare book Basic class tickets, but be aware that you will have to pay extra if you need to check in a bag and that tickets in this class can't be changed.
To get the best price for your checked luggage, make sure you book and pay for the required number of items when you originally book your ticket. Higher prices apply if you later reserve space for luggage at the airBaltic website or at the airport when checking in.
► Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
Basic class tickets can't be changed. No refunds are issued if you cancel a Basic class ticket.
If you have a more expensive Premium class ticket, You can change the name on the ticket or the date/time of the flight for a fee of € 50. If there is a fare difference between what you originally paid for the ticket and the price at the time of the change, you will also have to pay that difference.
Should you need to cancel a Premium class ticket, you can receive a refund after a fee of € 100 has been deducted.

► airBaltic baggage rules
One cabin bag is allowed for airBaltic Basic and Premium class ticket holders. The size of this item must not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm and not weigh no more than 8 kg.
In addition to the cabin bag, you can bring a smaller item on board provided that it fits under the seat in front of you and is no larger than 30 x 40 x 10 cm. The total weight of the cabin bag and this smaller item must not exceed 8 kg.
For Basic class passengers, no checked luggage is included in the ticket price. However, you can book up to five checked luggage items. The price per luggage item varies and start at € 19.99 each.
For Premium tickets, one item of checked luggage is included in the fare, and you can book an additional four items.
Each luggage item to be checked in must weigh no more than 20 kg. airBaltic will charge € 50 for each overweight luggage item. The size of this fee does not depend on the number of kilos your luggage is above the 20 kg limit.
The absolute maximum weight for a luggage item to be checked in is 32 kg.
