Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish low-cost airline offering flights between Turkey and Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The airline also has an extensive Turkish domestic route network.

Cheap Flights with Pegasus Airlines

Booking tickets

Book your Pegasus ticket on the airline's website. Pegasus tickets are also sold on many online travel websites and by traditional travel agents.

If you call Pegasus to reserve a ticket, the service fee will be higher compared to booking on the web.

Pegasus currently offer 4 types of tickets: Basic, Essentials, Advantage and Business Flex.

Basic tickets are the cheapest and include a seat assigned by the airline and 8 kg of cabin baggage. You can pay extra for hold luggage or to chose which seat you'll be sitting in.

Essentials tickets add one item of hold luggage with a max weight of 15 or 20 kg. Essentials tickets can be changed or cancelled for a fee.

Advantage tickets include seat selection, 5 kg extra checked in baggage and a meal. Advantage tickets can be changed or cancelled for a fee.

Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets

Rules for changing and cancelling tickets on Pegasus airlines differ for domestic Turkish flights and international flights. Full information can be found in the airline's terms and conditions document.

International tickets in Basic, Essentials or Advantage class, can be changed until 2 hours before departure. You will have to pay a fee of 25 or 50 Euros depending on the type of ticket you have. You will also have to pay any fare difference between your old ticket and the new ticket.

No refund is issued if you do not use or cancel a Pegasus flight ticket in Basic, Essentials or Advantage class.

If you have a Pegasus Business Flex ticket, you can for free make changes or cancel the ticket until 2 hours before departure.

Pegasus Flex can be added to any International ticket for € 9.99 and gives the right to an unlimited number of changes to the ticket by only paying any fare difference between the old and the new tickets.

Pegasus baggage rules

Pegasus Basic tickets does not include hold luggage. A Basic ticket can be upgraded to include hold luggage.

Essentials, Advantage and Business Flex tickets include one or more items of hold luggage in the standard fare.

The price for adding hold luggage differs based on the route and the number of days until departure.

Additional hold luggage can be added until 2 hours before departure.

The airline has no specific limit for the number of items you can check in for you flight. However, the total weight of all items must not exceed the limit on your ticket, and no item must weigh above 20 kg. In case of overweight, a fee will have to be paid at the airport.

Pegasus allow each passenger to bring one item of hand luggage with a size of no more than 20 x 40 x 55 cm, and weighing a maximum of 8 kg.

Checking in for your flight

Check-in options differs based on which airport you are departing from.

Pegasus offer on-line check-in for travels from many airports. Deadlines for on-line check-in varies from 4 hours to 40 minutes before departure.

Kiosks for self check-in are available at some airports.
